In 1933, Willys-Overland priced their new Willys Model 77 coupe at a mere $395! Lightweight and with a 100” wheelbase, this car turned out to be ideal for use as a gasser, though not with its original four-cylinder engine. During the “Gasser Wars” era, gasser legends such as “Ohio George” Montgomery, Chuck Finders, K.S. Pittman, Bones Balogh and Doug Cook had great success with various 1933 Willys gassers.
